Science Week
As part of National Science Week, Year 6 had to conduct an experiment to investigate whether the tallest child was the fastest runner. First, we lined ourselves up in height order and predicted who we thought would be fastest and why. We then set a distance to run to make it a fair test. We then timed each other to see who was the fastest. After, we collated the results and saw that the fastest girl and boy were nearly perfectly the middle height. We thought this may be due to them having the perfect mix of tall and short features. They are also both athletic.
