Year 6 enjoyed an outdoor lesson collecting water samples from our school grounds. They then attempted to filter the water to make it pure again. We looked at how water is cleaned in our local environment and talked about whether it is safe to drink and bathe in water in local rivers and lakes. We also talked about only putting biodegradable items down toilets to ensure there is no damage to marine life.
