  • Year 3 visit to Lancaster Museum

    Year 3 enjoyed a fabulous day in Lancaster City Museum with our Roman soldier, Marcus.  

    He talked about how Roman soldiers trained and we were able to handle equipment and wear some of his uniform.

    A reminder about our football boots and gloves swapping station.  Last year, Zach had a bright idea and introduced this as a way of recycling, swapping and sharing items no longer in use.  Please come along and have a look.  It is in the entrance to the school and open to all.

  • Our new corridor space has been given a little face lift inspired by 'The Big Frieze' by Emma Yarlett

    Our new corridor space has been given a little face lift! Inspired by 'The Big Frieze' by Emma Yarlett , each class has created art work to reflect a stage in the Bible. We then finished it off with twinkling lights and hanging pictures of each child. If you look closely you will even spot Ludo (school dog), Tiny (tortoise) and our bees.

  • Year 6 STEM Challenge

    Year 6 had an amazing time completing the first round of the Johnson Matthey STEM challenge in our hopes of retaining our winner's trophy! They had to create the tallest free-standing radio tower and use the smallest amount of money possible from their budgets. The winning team created a tower that was 3.43m tall!
