Curriculum
Spring 2
This term's topic is called 'Once upon a time...' and focusses on Traditional Tales.
We will be starting off by reading 'Little Red Riding Hood' and 'The Three Little Pigs'. Our History unit is called 'Adventures through time' and will encourage the children to think about their own family trees and begin to understand the concept of generations, to learn that Kings and Queens are powerful people, and we will also learn about transport through time.
We will begin Spring 2 on Phase 3 Week 6 (please see below for a reminder of our phonics overview). If you have any questions or need any support, please ask Miss Crossley.
