Our Intent 

At Barrow URC Primary School, our aim is for every child to develop a sound understanding of maths, equipping them with the skills of calculation, reasoning and problem-solving that they need in life beyond school; to make rich connections across the different areas of maths and use their knowledge across other subjects, realising the importance of maths in the wider world.
